UAA Institute for Social and Economic Research (ISER) is partnering with the Anchorage School District to pilot a college readiness program called “UAA Transitions”
UAA Transitions employs an innovative, experiential leadership model effective with high risk students, rooted in social emotional learning approaches.
Goals: to orient high school students to future university life and to cultivate leadership and mentorship skills in UAA students.
